Everything You Need to Know About NAGA Products
Lifetime Warranty
NAGA products undergo rigorous quality control, which is why we offer a lifetime warranty on all glass board surfaces. The warranty does not cover misuse, improper use, or any use other than as a board mounted on indoor walls. The warranty is valid only with the original purchase receipt. The customer must return the product to NAGA, which may replace it or refund the purchase price. Look for the "Lifetime Warranty" symbol.
Pure White
Regular glass has a greenish tint due to its iron content. NAGA Pure White boards, however, use glass that has undergone a special process to remove the iron, resulting in an exceptionally clear and pure white color. Look for the "Pure White" symbol.
Magnetic
NAGA glass boards have a steel back and a glass surface, making them suitable for use as bulletin boards with super strong magnets. Other NAGA boards, including selected chalkboards, whiteboards, and steel boards, can also be magnetic. Look for the "Magnetic" symbol.
Non magnetic
Some boards are not compatible with magnets. Look for the "Non Magnetic" symbol.
Write on / Wipe off Function
Use a NAGA marker or a regular whiteboard marker to write on the board. Once dry, the board can be easily wiped clean with a board eraser or dry cloth. Look for the "Write on / Wipe off Function" symbol.
No Write on / Wipe off Function
NAGA boards with oak veneer surfaces are intended solely for use with magnets and are not designed for writing with markers. Look for the "No Write on / Wipe off Function" symbol.
Chalk
You can write and draw on the board with chalk and easily clean it with a damp cloth afterward. Look for the "Chalk" symbol.
Dry Erase
Dry Erase markers are water-based and made from liquid chalk. They are easy to erase once dry using a dry cloth or board eraser. These markers are perfect for writing on glass, windows, glossy boards, mirrors, and other smooth surfaces. Look for the "Dry Erase" symbol.
Wet Erase
Wet Erase markers are water-based and made from liquid chalk. They can be easily removed once dry using a cloth with board cleaner or water. These markers are ideal for writing on glass, windows, glossy boards, mirrors, and other smooth surfaces. Look for the "Wet Erase" symbol.
Reversible Nib
Markers with a reversible nib, allowing you to switch between a bullet and chisel tip. We recommend flipping the nib before it is filled with ink. You can see how in this video. Look for the "Reversible Nib" symbol.
Super Strong
Use Super Strong magnets for glass boards, as they need to attach through the glass to the metal behind it. Neodymium magnets are about 10 times stronger than regular magnets, so handle them with care and store them apart to avoid injury. Look for the "Super Strong" symbol.
Not Suitable for Metal Boards
Not all magnets are suitable for use on metal surfaces, such as metal boards or refrigerators, as the strong pull can cause the adhesive to fail, damaging the magnet. Look for the "Not Suitable for Metal Boards" symbol.
Pins
Cork or hessian bulletin boards are intended for use with pins. Look for the "Pins" symbol.
Tempered
Tempered glass is much stronger than regular glass, making it harder to break and resistant to higher temperatures. This is why NAGA splashbacks and selected large glass boards are made of tempered glass. Look for the "Tempered" symbol.
Vertical or Horizontal
The board is designed to be hung both vertically and horizontally. Look for the "Vertical or Horizontal" symbol.
