International trade terms & conditions for traders

These international trading conditions are applyed for traders’ purchases of goods from NAGA A/S, upon delivery in Europe.

Forms of payment:

At naga.dk you can use the following payment and credit cards: VISA, VISA Debit, VISA Dankort, VISA Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Maestro.

Invoices are sent to the e-mail indicated on the order and sent after the order has been sent. The payment terms are net 8 days, unless otherwise agreed. When paying with invoices, a positive credit rating is required.

For orders purchased in cash with a payment card, the amount will only be deducted when the order has been shipped.

Payment of invoice must occur no later than the date that the invoice states as the last timely payment date. If the payment occurs after the due date, it will result in 2% in interest per. month until the amount due is paid. Any reminders are subject to a fee of 20 euros. Buyer's payments are first written off on interest due as well as costs and then on the debt itself.

The buyer will not be entitled to set off any counterclaims on NAGA A/S which have not been approved in writing by NAGA A/S and thus have no right to withhold any part of the purchase price due to counterclaims of any kind.


Listed prices are always exclusive of shipping and environmental fees.

Market prices and offer prices are daily prices that NAGA A/S can adjust without prior notice, unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping prices in connection with purchases through Naga.dk are individual per. country.

In connection with purchases, NAGA A/S does not include environmental costs in the price of the item, but in the transport of the order. All orders are therefore charged an environmental fee of 2.75 euros.


Reservation of amounts:

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately.

The money is reserved on your card or account until:

1) We raise the amount when we send the item, or

2) Until the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.



Retention of title for sale to traders:

NAGA A/S reserves the right of ownership of delivered goods until full payment of the purchase price has been received with the addition of any costs and interest.


When ordering stocked goods on Naga.dk no later than 14:00 on weekdays, delivery to all EU countries will be within 5-7 working days.

Depending on the stock status of the goods stated on an order, NAGA A/S reserves the right to deliver one order in several installments.

NAGA A / S reserves the right to re-invoice a buyer for a fee for any errors, if these have arisen due to errors from the buyer. An example of this could be arrears surcharge, reissue fee, futile delivery with more.


As a customer, you have a 14-day right of return. If the buyer wishes to use his/hers right of return, the prior agreement with customer service requires either email Naga@naga.dk or telephone +45 76 34 75 00. The goods in question must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging.

When purchasing specially produced goods and procured goods, the right of return is exempt and these goods are therefore not returned.

NAGA A/S offsets a return cost of 15% of the price of the item for handling returned items. If the returned item is damaged due to lack of packaging upon return, it is the buyer's responsibility.

Packages sent by COD or to the parcel shop will be rejected by our warehouse.

Should a return unexpectedly not be ready for collection by prior agreement and a freight forwarder thus make a futile export, then a re-exit fee will be invoiced.


According to Danish law, all goods are covered by a 1-year warranty. If there are faults and defects in an item, NAGA A/S can thus either rectify faults and defects in repair, replacement or refund. Any defects due to incorrect or inappropriate storage or use will not be covered by the right of complaint.

In the event of a complaint regarding damaged or missing goods, this must occur within 24 hours of receipt of the goods in question. If this does not happen, then NAGA A/S can not be held responsible for this.

If you wish to make use of the right of complaint, an email to Naga@naga.dk must be sent with a description of the complaint and a copy of the invoice or order confirmation. Attaching a picture of any defect or defect is preferable.

Important information:

NAGA A/S reserves the right to make printing errors, typing errors, discontinued goods, price changes and delivery failures at third parties, including force majeure.

As there are fluctuations in production costs and general price adjustments in the market, we reserve the right to make smaller price adjustments to the range.

Regarding product liability, NAGA A/S can only be held liable for damages caused by a product if documentation can be presented that NAGA A/S is the direct cause of this damage. NAGA A/S is not liable for any profit losses, operating losses or other indirect losses.
