The silver-coloured frame is made of shatterproof plastic. The front is covered with 1.3 mm flat mineral glass that protects the dial and ensures a clear, sharp appearance without distortion. The white dial with black Arabic numerals and clear minute and hour markings makes the clock easy to read – even from a distance.
The clock is radio-controlled and automatically synchronises via the DCF77 signal with a range of approx. 1,500 km from the transmitter in Mainflingen, Germany. This ensures automatic time setting as well as automatic switching between summer and winter time. Signal interference due to geological conditions or metal structures in buildings may occur. In such cases, the clock must be set manually. The clock is supplied with 1 x AA battery (1.5 V), so it is ready for use immediately. It is easy to mount using the integrated wall hanger on the back.
The wall clock comes with a 2-year warranty.
