The lantern charges during the day and lights up when darkness falls. These lamps can withstand all kinds of weather, but in strong winds, we recommend bringing them indoors. They will also last longer if stored inside during winter when the sun is weaker, and they naturally won't shine for as long. We recommend regularly cleaning the solar panel—wipe it with a damp cloth to ensure optimal sunlight absorption.
