A tempered glass cutting board is a hygienic alternative to wooden and plastic boards. It prevents food residue, bacteria, and odors from penetrating the surface, and is easy to clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Note: not dishwasher safe.
Glass provides a firm, smooth cutting surface, making the boards ideal for everyday cooking. Use your everyday knives on the board and save your finest blades for wood or plastic boards, as glass naturally wears knives more.
Note: Never place the cutting board on a hot stovetop. Always ensure the stovetop is completely cool before placing the board. Only intended for use on a switched-off, cool stovetop.
